Digital Wallets
Your new MSEFCU Visa® Credit Card is available to be added to your preferred digital wallet. Make sure your old card is removed and follow the prompts to add your new one. Supported wallets include Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
Scorecard Rewards (Not Available Yet)
Your ScoreCard Rewards points are still being transferred to our new credit card platform and are not yet available to view online. Once all points have been moved and are reporting accurately, we’ll notify you so you can access and redeem them.
Activation and Important Reminders:
Activation of your new card began on Sunday, November 9, 2025 by calling the number on the sticker and using the primary phone number listed on your account. You were asked to verify your identity with a few security questions.
Reminder, please make sure to destroy your old silver credit card. As of November 8, 2025, your old credit card was no longer usable.
Joint Account Holders
If you share your credit card account with a joint cardholder, you each should have received your own individual card with unique card numbers and security codes. Each cardholder must activate their own card by answering a few security questions to verify their identity.
Recurring Payments
If you have any subscriptions, auto-pays, or saved cards online, be sure to update your payment information with your new card number, expiration date, and security code after activation.
Payments by Mail or Bill Pay
If you use Bill Pay through Online or Mobile Banking, don’t forget to update your payee details with your new credit card number.
